We are surrounded with so many acts of evil with which we must contend on a daily basis. With each act our faith is tested, but we must stand firm upon the promises of God’s wherein He promises to never leave us nor forsake us. It sometimes seems to be easier said than done, but the truth of the matter is that God’s promises to us is one of the bedrocks upon which we base our faith. The enemy wants us to move away from God’s Word because he knows that we draw our faith and strength from It. James says,
“…Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you…” (4:7).
Do not allow the enemy to play games with your mind. Stay focused upon the Word of God. Meditate upon It day and night. Always keep It at the forefront of your mind…#thinkonthesethings
Oooo wee love this and the pic is sheer DOPENESS👊🏽💥👌🏽
Thanks☺
Good words! The focus isn’t the enemy, but a huge distraction and pit.
We give the enemy more credit than he’s worth…but we cannot discount him. But then again, as they say…We are sometimes our own enemy:)
Indeed–especially when we focus on ourselves, as your comment suggests.
Yes!😃
