“But Moses’ hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun…” (Ex. 17:11).
In life, there will be times when we will need others to provide the help and support through some of the most difficult periods of our lives. They will need to bear our burdens alongside us because those burdens may become too much for us to bear alone. As we pray to God for help, He will always send the right people into our lives at the right moment because He always knows what and whom we have need of and when we need them. We cannot allow our pride to keep from requesting and receiving the assistance of which we are in need. We must begin to realize and understand that we cannot always fight our battles and gain the victory alone. Divine assistance is always in order.
